1. Overview

Health Job Portal ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing quality services to healthcare professionals and employers in Pakistan. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for paid services on our platform at healthjobportal.com.

By making a payment on our platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Paid Services Covered

This policy applies to the following paid services offered on Health Job Portal:

  • Job posting fees for employers and healthcare organizations
  • Featured or premium job listing packages (including multi-day listing packages)
  • CV/profile promotion services for healthcare professionals
  • Recruitment advertisement packages
  • Any other paid subscription or one-time service

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • Your payment was processed but the service was never activated or published on our platform
  • A duplicate payment was made by error
  • A technical error on our side prevented service delivery
  • The service purchased was significantly different from what was described
  • A multi-day job posting or featured listing package is cancelled before its full duration has been used (see Section 4 for how this is calculated)
✅ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date to be considered eligible.

4. Prorated Refunds for Multi-Day Packages

If you purchase a job posting or featured listing package for a fixed number of days and decide to cancel it early, the refund will be calculated on a prorated (day-used) basis:

  • Payment for the number of days the posting was actually live and visible on the platform is non-refundable, since that portion of the service has already been delivered
  • Payment for the remaining, unused days of the package may be refunded, provided the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the original payment date
  • Example: a 10-day featured listing cancelled after 3 days will have those 3 days charged as non-refundable, while the remaining 7 days' value may be refunded
✅ To request a prorated refund, contact us with your transaction details and the date you want the posting removed.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The portion of a job posting or service days already delivered/published on the platform (see Section 4 for prorated packages)
  • Refund request is made after 7 days of payment
  • The user changed their mind after a single, non-multi-day service has already been activated
  • The user violated our Terms & Conditions, resulting in removal of their listing
  • Free services or promotional offers
⚠️ Once a job posting or service goes live, the days/portion already used are considered delivered and will not be refunded — only the unused remainder (if any) is eligible, within 7 days of payment.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your payment with the following information, or use the form below:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Date and amount of payment
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number
  • Reason for requesting a refund

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • The amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Bank transfer or mobile wallet refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or service provider

8. Changes to This Policy

Health Job Portal reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
