7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Basic use of Health Jobs Portal (posting candidate profiles and applying to jobs) is free of charge. For any paid services, such as featured job listings or premium employer packages, the following applies:

• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
• To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have already been fully delivered (e.g., a job listing that has already been published and run its full duration).
• Health Jobs Portal reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or decline a refund request based on the circumstances of each case.
